The 48 Hour Wardrobe! Weekend Getaway Packing Tips
One of my most favorite things to do during the warmer months is pack up and go on spontaneous trips. Here are some ideas on how to pack for your quick weekend getaway!
How I would change things up…
-Most likely you won’t need a suit, unless you are a suit guy. So immediately, I would maybe suit pants back in the closet and change it for a nice pair of pants. You’ll more than likely be going out with your beaut to dinner or to a lounge…always remember, being over dressed is wayyyyy better than be under dressed. Being over dressed just means you’ll be the best dressed in the room :)
-Keep the blazer if that’s your thing-if not, pull out a light sleek jacket or sweater. I love mixing the jacket with a T-shirt…so if wearing a jacket is your style, try wearing a nice (emphasis on NICE) tee underneath!
-Loafers will be a huge trend this season…versatile-can be dressed up or dressed down-wear it with your dressier pants and/or jeans. Or if not, switch it out with a pair of oxfords.
-Side note: LOVE gray suits! So sexy.
-A couple shirts-a long sleeve button up and a nice fitted tee.
